Hier gibt es ein wunderbares, ergreifendes Interview mit meinem Schriftsteller-Kollegen (😘😁😇😂) Paul Auster.

Als Jugendliche und in meinen 20ern habe ich seine Bücher verschlungen und geliebt.
Ich liebte die wiederkehren, seltsamen kleinen Plots, die immer wieder anders beschriebenen Geschichten innerhalb der Geschichte und auch die Hauptfiguren, die mit den Büchern älter wurden.

Ausgewogene Ernährung. Klingt toll, oder?

Ausgewogene Ernährung – ist das nicht ein mediengemachter Hoaxbegriff, der schon längst abgewählt wurde?

Der Begriff klingt leider so gut, als wäre damit alles gesagt.
„Ausgewogene Ernährung“ – wow.

Diese Art der Ernährung beinhaltet jedoch viele Aspekte, die auch nicht nur nicht gesund, sondern darüber hinaus gesundheitsschädlich sind.

„Ausgewogene Ernährung“ beinhaltet tatsächlich Nahrungsmittel, deren Genuß umstritten bis gesundheitsschädlich ist. Dazu wird in der ausgewogenen Ernährung eine hohe Frequenz der Nahrungsaufnahme empfohlen. Dadurch wird das Mikrobiom im Darm belastet und Verdauungs- und andere Probleme wie Stoffwechselstörungen, Sucht oder Karies verursacht.

Problematische Nahrungsmittel.

Zu den offensichtlich problematischen Nahrungsmitteln zählen Fleisch, Milchprodukte, Alkohol und industriell verarbeitete Nahrung, die viel Zucker, gesättigte Fette und giftige Farb- und Konservierungsmittel enthalten.
Die ausgewogene Ernährung unterscheidet nicht zwischen Obst und Gemüse, und schlägt 5 Portinen Obst oder Gemüse vor. Da sind schon zwei Fehler drin:
Manches Obst beinhaltet sehr viel Fructose, Säuren und Säurebildner, dass es in solch hohen Mengen schädlich sein kann. Eine fünfmalige tägliche Aufnahme würde Zähne, Darm, Zucker- und Fettstoffwechsel negativ beinlussen.

Soweit ich es übersehe, ist eine pflanzenbasierte Ernährung, die gesündeste Art sich zu ernähren.
Industriell verarbeitete Nahrungsmittel mit chemisch ungünstigen Farb- und Konservierungsmitteln und Zuckern aller Couleur verursachen zweierlei Übel:
Krankheit und Sucht.
Insbesondere Blutgefäßerkrankungen, Entzündungen und Tumore können durch pflanzenbasierte und eben nicht „ausgewogene Ernährung“ verringert werden.

Von welcher Kunst möchtest Du mehr tun, und von welcher Arbeit – weniger?

Hunger or Thirst

Or is it something completely different?

We should eat when we are hungry.

Sometimes we eat because we are emotionally nibbling on something.
Sometimes we eat because we are actually thirsty.
Sometimes we grind our teeth as if we have to bite through the thing we chew on.
And sometimes we eat because we are hungry on another level that cannot be satisfied by food.

Sometimes we continue to eat even though we are bursting at the seams.
Sometimes we eat only to throw it all up.
Sometimes we eat because we’re addicted to the stuff.
And sometimes we drink or smoke instead of eating.

What can, what should a body in need of water, oxygen, nutrients, love, respect and care do with all these misunderstood and disturbed self-destruction programs?

Food is as fundamental as life itself.

To listen better and take better care of your body, please ask yourself this simple but hard question:

What, how much, when and how should I eat?

How are the answers different from your habits?
What do you want to do about the difference?

1. Give two fun facts about your blogging?
i) when I started blogging the idea was to write an article each day.
Then life kicked in and after a year of frequent blogging I missed out a couple of days.
The missed days bugged me so much that several months later I filled in 16 articles to the days when I didn´t blog.  
So, completing the row by cheating made things alright again and I felt complete myself.

ii) I actually do not want to write about politics, or injustice. And then, there are days when I cannot keep my mouth shut…
Most of the times I regret it later. It is just not my strength.

2. Do you like to spend your time on Beach during Sunset?

3. If you will have to choose between Family, Friends, Job, A big House, Big car, then which thing will be your first priority?
Describe this one by one give a number to this with short reason.

I don´t want to choose.
Family and friends seem to me the most valuable in your list, though.
The car for me is the least attractive on the list. Still, I love to get around.

4. Do you like to listen Music? And When do you listen Music?
I hardly listen to music.
It feels like – I´ve heard my share.
Also I understand that music is an imprinting tool.
I don´t want to expose myself to negative lyrics, like “I´m a creep” or “I can´t get no satisfaction” or worse subconscious indoctrination and hymns that salute co-dependency.
That is toxic for the soul.

When there is a party I still like to dance.
Although I haven´t been to a party for a long time.

5. Which are your best ways to control your anger?
I am not an angry person anyway.
But when I am angry I search for my personal human superpower: Creativity!
That is pure magic.
I write an angry post and make it an article, hahaha!

6. Is there anyone in your life with whom you can share your personal feelings? And Who?
Yes. My dearest Sebastian, Abi, Jessi, Nanda, Armin.

7. Who is your Inspiration?
I have many!
My Sister, my late Grandma, my Dad, my Mom, and everybody else.

There is a German Proverb:
Everybody has their meaning in life. At least they can serve as bad examples.

So, yes, everything and everybody is inspiring to me.
