Listen carefully to what your pain is trying to tell you and ask deeper.
Your pain´s message might not be obvious, although it has been talking to you over and over again.
Can you find a pattern when or how it came up?
When did it first show up? What were the circumstances in your life?
Is your sickness connected to something else? Like sorrow, stress, loss, rejection, fear?
And very important:
Where does it lead your attention to?
Is there a connection between today´s pain and the first time?
What do you gain having all the pain and illness?
Are you ready to live without the gain of it?
